Horrible, no... worse.

I usually don't talk much about hotels. I believe this is the first time in many years that I see a room given to us in such a deplorable state. As can be seen in the photos, we were given the room without being cleaned. The bedspread had to be removed because it was so dirty, and the bathroom was falling apart; the shower screen was broken. Aside from this, it is a self-check-in, and at first, we had no way to contact anyone by phone. Paying almost 120 for that room, and on top of that with a 40€ Edreams Prime discount, is truly outrageous. I am going to file a complaint with Edreams so that they do not offer this type of hotel.

Do not book!!!

Good location is about the only thing this place has going for it.
Very dreary atmosphere a soon as you enter, not warm nor welcoming.
The rooms advertised in images are nothing like the actual room i was given where the wood was all water damaged, the table was rusty and coming away from the wall and the plug socket was only just hanging in, it must've been huge fire risk!
Advert said there was a vending machine, but this machine was totally battered and empty, hadn't been in use for a long time.
Cleanliness was an issue as I am sure this was a blood stain i found on my bed sheets!
The worst thing was the noise level with in the hostel, the walls are paper thin, and everyday at 6am I could hear someone doing what sounded like moving cages, it was extremely loud. I was placed in an inside room looking down into a very miserable courtyard, I would've been less depressed in a prison cell.
Also to note the self check in machine was all in spanish so this was very hard to navigate.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this place. I never leave bad reviews but this place truly takes the crown for the worst ever.

Horrible , nothing to do with the photos they present

Horrible! The entrance smelled like urine , the assigned room wasn 't what I chose . It smelled huge mold , there was mold in the bathroom , the window turned to the air-conditioning machines . the toilet with dirt spots , man's hair in the bathtub , cigarette-burned mattress , the hallway with smell of cigarette . I asked to change my room because I had a child with asthma , they changed me to the q I chose to start . The walls are poorly wrapped , cracks across the ceiling and walls , toilet with dirt spots in the bath , sanita , toilet door as well . I stayed 4 days , at no time passed a cloth on the floor just entered to exchange the garbage nothing more . Every day whenever I left the hostel and returned the card from the room never worked, I had to be always sending msg to give me a new one. The noise is immense, hear if absolutely EVERYTHING of the other rooms what was awful having a child with me. A lot of prostitution on the street. On the day of check out the cleaner said that I had to leave by 11:00 and I said that my reservation was until midday. I showed her the reservation and she said no. It's not ours. I said but this is your hostel reservation!!! I sent msg to the hostel said q was until 11h super arrogant. I sent the print of the time of my check out and I was no longer answered. I had to leave at 11:00 as a child and several bags and stay on the street waiting for the time to go pick up the transport. Horrible.

The site is not what the advertising promises.

I do not recommend it if you want a place to rest. It is not what you are looking for; we arrived at 3 in the afternoon (there is no reception), everything is through a phone number that you call and they answer you via WhatsApp to give you instructions. The room is super small, the bathroom super uncomfortable. (Nothing compared to the photos they promise you) And everything very deteriorated. And right below are all the nightclubs. Which means noise, shouting, and trouble all night long. Aside from the police sirens!

Room didn’t match pictures. Mouldy shower and smell of mould throughout the room. Even the AC unit was blowing a mouldy smell. Unluckily, we didn’t have a great experience mainly because we didn’t get the room we booked for, and I don’t believe that room exists at all. The room pictures are fake .
