Great little hotel. At first I thought it would be hard to find, but once you know where to look it’s actually very easy. The building does have a lift, though it’s tucked behind the stairs. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The room was small and basic, but exactly what we needed. A bit tired in places, but the price reflects that. The location was amazing — a real great find. Highly recommend

The accommodation was a hostel which wasn’t clear on booking. Check in was painfully long.
The room was ok, ac was excellent and generally quite quiet. The bathroom was tiny. Location was good.

The expedia should advise the customer the CH is a HOSTEL (sorry about my ignorance but I didn’t know about it)the bedroom was minuscule for 3 person . My husband fell inside of the bathtub and couldn’t move, without my son I don’t know how I could take him from there, should have a bathtub rug to prevent that.
The pictures showed at the CH Murallas at Expedia is not the same of we got for our room.
The best was the location.
For a family I don’t think that fits, maybe singles don’t mind about space, but for us we could open our luggages without put at the top of beds and storage at night time near of the door.
The staff was helpful letting us go in because the room was clean but not sure if everyone has the same luck, check in at 3pm is a little bit late for the ones who gets there earlier from flight schedule. There was no answer about if we could let the luggages earlier and come back late, and was hard to have someone to open the front door for us, until I called and send a message by WhatsApp, one staff opened the door for us and used the google translator to communicate with us.
Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience since my husband fell at the bathtub and the room was so small for us, as far as family of 3 adults.

Fine for city trip
Located right in the center therefore everything on foot easily accessible. Parking space is a few blocks away at reduced rate. Desk employee very friendly but does not speak English. Bathroom on the small side and outdated but yes you are in the middle of the center. Rooms noisy, every door you hear open and close. Late evening and early morning noisy outdoor noises. Lift available

I'm not coming back!
I'm not coming back!!!! The uncomfortable rooms, lousy mattresses, the bathroom an embarrassment, the cardboard walls, impossible to rest by permanent noises. If I must make it clear that it is well placed madam more.
