Great and spacious property in good neighborhood, close proximity to important areas in the city, such as Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Gran Vía, etc. There are many places for eating and drinking in the area. We had a situation with the AC that stopped working the second night, called management after hours and someone came to the place 10 min later and fixed the problem right away. We definitely would choose this place again and recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time in Madrid.

Very nice safe and convenient. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores near by. Overall apartment is very well maintained. The reception super nice. We arrived late, the communication was clear and the receptionist waited for us to
Pick up the keys. Bathrooms are a little too small for my liking. No hassle checkout just leave keys in the apartment and leave.

Had a great experience. Great neighborhood, great stuff around, short walk to the metro, friendly staff and great space. We lived in Madrid for several years and have seen the inside of many Spanish houses/apartments. For what you pay, this is a great space in a nice spot to be in Madrid.

Place was COMPLETELY different from the pictures! There was a tiny window in the living room that made the place so dark and cola even was sunny and 18 degrees outside. Bed was terrible and too soft - we needed to move to the couch because of strong back pains. The only good thing is the location and the washing mashine.
