Very good.

We already knew this hotel and we like it for its location, parking, the building is spectacular, the rooms are comfortable, spacious and quiet, having breakfast in the cloister is a luxury, with a magnificent breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. There was just a small setback with the air conditioning that was resolved. Very reasonable price

A special place

This hotel is located behind the church of St. Isidoro because it was a monastery; on the second floor there are rooms that overlook the cloister where the breakfast area and the restaurant are located. A place of great charm with very large rooms and amenities appropriate for the category, including a complimentary bottle of water. Very quiet with a huge bed but with air conditioning that is a bit noisy. Breakfast with a good selection and of high quality. Parking, if you are by car, is included in the price and you are sent the directions for entering the historic center by email. The entire staff was very kind and helpful. A truly special place that is not particularly expensive.

Both Leon and the hotel disappointed in equal measure

We booked for 3 nights and stayed for two. This property seems to be unsure if it is an overpriced hotel or aspiring to become a branch of the YMCA! Only one bottle of water for two people for three nights and a meagre breakfast did nothing to convince us otherwise.
The room was clean adequate and, importantly, sound proof as there was live music in the courtyard which was supposed to finish at 11:00 pm and which went on until 11:35 followed by the noise of clearing away and then we were awoken by the sound of tables and chairs being rearranged. The room had AC and we could close the window and the shutter to keep the noise out but we had opened the window after the noise had abated at night only for it to kick off again before breakfast!
More music was scheduled for our third night and so we moved on. In fairness, the reception staff understood and sympathises with our decision

Leon and this hotel are interesting and worth visiting and staying

This hotel was a monastery and is a fantastic place to stay. Leon is a city with an interesting history and sights to take in. The hotel is located centrally and there are plenty of shops, restaurants and tapas bars nearby. The hotel has good accommodations with good rooms and good facilities. The cloister area is good for evening drinks. Buffet breakfast is plentiful.

What a beautiful building. It was an Monastery/convent converted to a hotel. Situated in the Old Town. Restaurants and bars nearby. Very clean and comfortable bed. Will definitely stay there again. We had a vehicle and wasn’t complicated to get there and they have a parking lot.
