Reception was empty when we arrived so someone from the cafeteria has to help sign us in. Expensive for value received in return.

Left us lying around
I booked a room by phone for 2 people, told the girl we were going to be very late, from 1 to 1:30 in the morning, told me q without problem, q would leave me a phone number at the door to call and the girl would come to open us. What was my surprise when neither number nor doorbell arrived, nor did anyone answer... We had to look for life to find a hotel at that time to stay.

Restaurant worse.
Too bad the quality and quantity has dropped in the menu of 19€.
Regarding celiac disease something totally unknown to them. I wish you the 3 days I have been through eating and the long-term consequences with gluten even though you were warned and assured me.
