Solid family-friendly choice, worth the repeat
Right, so we just wrapped four nights at Best Terramarina during peak July, and honestly? It's the vibe we were after. Here's the real tea:
The Good Stuff (aka why we're eyeing a return)
The location is absolutely un-apologetic > you literally roll out onto the beach. The promenade is proper gorgeous for evening walks with the littl'un, kind of a quiet vibe despite it being mid-July, and the staff actually get it when you've got a baby. The receptionist was buzzing to help us sort a taxi with a baby seat (absolute hero moment), no faff, zero drama.
The full board covered the basics => most buffet options repeats daily, but it's decent quality and you're not going hungry. Rooms are clean, modern enough, sea-view terrace was ace for quiet mornings. The live music nights on the terrace(although it seems its only over the weekend)? Proper relaxing. Pool's tiny, but that's the trade-off for zero crowds even in July.
The Honest Bits
Mould patches on the ceiling in the hallway on second floor (looks like a busted pipe situation), not in your room, but worth noting if you're sensible to the smell. The food doesn't exactly blow your mind – it's there, it works, but there's no "wow, remember that meal?" moment. Beverages? Not included. A reference price – water's 2.50€ a litre, Beer .. same price .. but yeah, not too bad

Best Terramarina nails the quiet family beach escape. Friendly staff, solid location, nothing fancy but nothing dodgy either. Rooms were very clean and well kept. Staff are very helpful if you need anything. Beach is awesome. Really nice and affordable property.

Lovely hotel right on the beach. Our room was on the side so a great view of the sea from the balcony. Room was very clean and spacious.
Staff were great, breakfast was excellent - loads of choice and we sat on a table which opened out to the beach each morning.
The hotel has beach towels which can be changed each day - 10 euro deposit per room which is returned at checkout. Great service.
We had a wonderful time and would definitely return 😊

Perfect for the third consecutive year
This has been the third consecutive year that we have chosen the Hotel Best Terramarina for our family vacation, and once again it has exceeded our expectations. We are a large group, occupying between 4 and 5 rooms, and they always make us feel at home.
This year we want to especially highlight the attention of Luisa and the entire reception team. We had a health issue with a family member during our stay, and from the very first moment, they provided us with all the help possible, always looking for the best solution and supporting us throughout the entire process. In a situation like that, that human touch, the involvement, and the peace of mind they convey are priceless. We will always be very grateful to them.
We also want to recognize the excellent work of the team of waiters and waitresses. Once again this year, Junior and Antonio have been exceptional, always attentive, approachable, and with impeccable professionalism. In addition, the new additions have fit in perfectly, always serving with a smile. Regarding the food, we must highlight the variety, especially the flavor of the sea bass, the salmon, and the fideuá because they were delicious. Also the pizzas because they are homemade, as well as the daily variety with different themes (Mediterranean, Italian, ethnic, Spanish, etc.)...
Special mention also goes to Tony, from the maintenance team. He is on top of absolutely everything and resolved a small issue we had with the room's air conditioning in a matter of minutes. It is a pleasure to find people who are so resourceful and committed.
Finally, we want to highlight Víctor, the hotel manager. His manner is always approachable, kind, and very attentive. Furthermore, there is one detail that says a lot about his way of working: his own employees speak of him with great affection and respect. In the end, they are the first customers of any business
, and that is evident in the great atmosphere that is felt throughout the hotel in general.
The Best Terramarina is a perfect hotel for families, quiet, with all the amenities to rest 100% and with a team of people that makes the difference. In addition, its location is unbeatable, right next to PortAventura, so it is ideal if you want to combine a few days of relaxation with a visit to the park.
Without a doubt, after three years in a row, we can say that we will keep coming back. Thank you to the entire team for making every summer special!

A lovely stay in a great hotel
Thank you for a lovely stay. A great hotel in a perfect location right on the beach. All staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was lovely. We will definitely return. We are already thinking about our next visit.
