first time in ibiza - great hotel and location, clean, nice atmosphere, lovely food. Arwa was a great bar member!

A decent hotel

Stayed here as a group of 6 of us in our mid-late twenties. The rooms are very average, quite outdated and need refurbishing but we didn't mind because we weren't going to be spending much time in the rooms. We experienced a bit of noise from people playing loud music or banging down the corridors and slamming doors at night time but this was expected due to the area the hotel is in. We met some nice people at this hotel, everyone seemed to be there for a similar type of holiday, enjoying the party side of Ibiza which is what we wanted. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are wanting a quiet place.
The rooftop pool was much quieter than the main pool. You could only get all-inclusive drinks from the main pool bar though. They had a DJ on at the main pool from about 3pm - 5pm ish some days which was great. Pool area is clean. Easy to get a sunbed. There is an option to pay for the cabana beds around the pool. Music is played around the pool all day through the speakers.
Snack bar was ok, very very small portions for fries. All-inclusive drinks were also okay but there is a system where you have to use a token to exchange for one plastic cup at a time to stop people getting multiple drinks.
All-inclusive food was average. Very hit and miss. Sometimes the food was a bit cold. Quite repetitive food options but the paella is lovely. Nice pastries for breakfast.
The hotel lobby/reception area is nice, there are vending machines, a fashion store, a Starbucks coffee, sofas to relax, gaming area, computers etc...
Fairly easy to get a taxi from the entrance to the hotel. Ask reception to order one and it usually comes within 5 minutes. They are constantly arriving.
Short walk into Bossa to all the shops and restaurants - great location, very handy. Only a 10-15 minute walk to Hi and Ushuaia.
Overall, it was a good stay but I wouldn't rush back to stay here as it was just ok for the type of holiday we wanted.

Ibiza 2025

Excellent family vacation. The renovated pools with the DJ downstairs give it a good vibe touch. Thank you Simona, Giuliana and Bianca.

Good place to stay

Hotel overall very good. Pool area is fantastic with different areas - a quieter area around the back. Food was reasonable, what you would expect. Room was clean and fresh towels every day. Shower was powerful. Rooms and bathrooms need updating though. Walls and doors very thin, can hear alot. Great shop in the hotel, vending machines, good air con inside. Friendly staff. Would return, but would want a better room next time. Pool area is amazing though.
