Good local spot, authentic, good service

I only had a portion of four different mushrooms and they were delicious. Nothing fancy about this place, but I liked it that there were locals in the place and the service was very good. Should you be in the neighborhood.

Stop in an emblematic town.

We booked this hostel because we were heading to Albarracín and the journey from our city was long. The reservation is fine; we arrived, saw the town, and had dinner at the restaurant, which was good in quality and price, attentive and quick.
The rooms are another matter; they were 70% clean but so dark that it was hard to see well. There is a curtain in the passage from the bathroom to the room, which is from the 1960s, very outdated. They should give it a complete modern update; with that, they would attract more clients, both to the room and the service, and remove the curtain, as it is unhygienic. Installing a shower plate and removing the bathtub is my opinion.
The staff's attention was correct, and the breakfast was adequate.

Very fair in everything...

Very fair in everything, nothing to note, maybe a good breakfast.
dinner acceptable, but nothing otherworldly..and at a high price
The normal room , at an adjusted price that yes, the staff is overstaffed... do not give enough, clean and little more..

Acceptable, comfortable beds, the rest is correct, there is a coffee maker and microwave available in the hallway if you need to use it at any time. Supermarket next to the hostel with all kinds of products.
The staff barely interacted with us in the four days we stayed, so one day we had dinner in the restaurant.

Muy aceptable.

Hostal que dispone de unas habitaciones muy sencillas pero aceptables. Se puede aparcar en frente en la misma muralla sin problema. La cena muy buena ya que disponen de una cocinera excepcional. Platos muy bien guisados. El desayuno correcto. Servicio amable. Para repetir.
