Good experience
The kitchen terrace was missing tiles and some were broken.The coffee maker was ramshackle and the microwave worked regularly.The very old bathtub area and some pieces were missing.The terrace very well with good views.The area where the apartment is located very well, you have to walk about 15minutes until you reach the beach.
The swimming pools very well, the water warm and with natural grass and trees that were very shaded.There is also a small park for children and paddle tennis courts that were always busy.Near the apartment there are variety of bars/restaurants and supermarkets.
The garage a little dark and the spaces a little fair if you go with family car.
I hope the owners take note because we would like to come back as we love Benidorm.

Danger, apartments unsecure
Clean
BUT!!!!!' Apartments are unsafe. On arrival we were given 2 sets of keys. You have 1 key to enter complex and lift lobby and another key for your room. On the 3rd day we went out, same as previous 2 between 12 and 5 for food and drinks. When we got back all our money had been stollen from drawers, wallets and even English money from shorts. We contacted the manager whose English wasn't great who met us on our final day. She didn't believe us to start with but after us telling her we suspected the cleaner because we'd asked for toilet roll to be left in our room when we left to go out that day she changed her tune towards us. Although annoyed at around 500 euros being pinched our concern is if your there alone or have young children and someone is going into rooms it is potentially dangerous and because of this we advise strongly staying here.
