Cleanliness is paramount.
I want to thank the team that works at this hotel. What I liked most about this hotel is the cleanliness; it is truly appreciated how well they maintain the hotel. The receptionists are very kind (Rafael) and recommend places to visit in Valencia. The buffet is good, varied, and even if you arrive a little late, they do their best to accommodate you. Valencia is a city that must be visited; the sea, the City of Arts and Sciences. Overall, I am happy and grateful.

Very helpful staff, amazing breakfast with allergens clearly marked, cold a/c. Parking fee of €11 per day is very reasonable because parking anywhere around Valencia is impossible.

AVOID.
This hotel is located in a rather run-down residential area of Valencia. There are very few facilities, including restaurants within walking distance. Regrettably while I was there the entire area smelt of sewage. I walked for over an hour and it was the same everywhere. Thankfully it was Spring and not hot but it would be unbearable in Summer.
There is unreliable on-street parking.
The hotel has a pizza restaurant, which is fine, but not for a longer stay. The public areas are reasonably modern, but the rooms are dated, poorly equipped with tatty furniture. The rooms are in desparate need of renovation. The towels are thin and non-absorbent. How this hotel gained 4* is an absolute mystery. Maybe 20 years ago it just scraped in.
I was booked in for 6 nights as I had business nearby. However, I had to move to another area of Valencia for business reasons and on my day of arrival I told the staff that I had to move in 2 days. As my booking was with Expedia they said Expedia would have to manage the refund. Expedia have been excellent. Very proactive. Have called me and hotel many times in the last 10 days but the hotel refuses to even acknowledge their calls and emails. This is so rude and unprofessional.
If you want a hotel in Valencia, there in NO REASON to consider this one based on location, quality and customer service.

hotel very clean and arranged, but the team left something to be desired and the kitchen is to be improved absolutely... almost pitiful as what.
The team was not at all cooperative and you can see perfectly well that they can not work well.

Educational trip Valencia
I write this review with great regret, but what happened during the stay is very serious. Although the property has strengths, the restaurant management is nightmarish.
The serious fact: Catering and Waitstaff
The low point was reached during dinner: a schoolgirl on an educational trip was served completely raw chicken. Serving raw meat to kids is not just a gross mistake, it's a health hazard. What made the situation worse was the rudeness of the waiters: rude, listless and totally lacking in empathy or professionalism in the face of complaints. Such behaviour is not acceptable in any establishment, let alone a 4-star hotel.
Room and Reception
To be honest, I have to report that not everything was negative:
Cleaning: Discreet and without particular criticality.
Reception: Unlike the colleagues at the restaurant, the reception staff were friendly and professional. They took action promptly to resolve some malfunctions of the electrical systems that we encountered in the room.
In summary: Despite the commitment of the reception and acceptable cleanliness, I cannot recommend this hotel. The management of the kitchen and the attitude of the waiting staff are totally inadequate and make the stay stressful and, in some respects, risky. There is a lot to work on to deserve the 4 stars.
