Excellent place to stay.

The property is connected to the Marriott and you can access their pool and they provide breakfast. Location is not in a great neighborhood. We were given a first floor room that was adjacent to a building fan and was a bit noisy. We had a nice balcony, but the wind howled between the old sliding doors. Breakfast was mediocre. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Apartment was a good size, staff were helpful.
Kitchen was not very well equipt or clean (there was a bad small from the sink disposal).
Breakfast was far better at other hotels in Quito.
