Very Bad Experience
While checking out, and when I asked the reception staff for the invoice they denied everything and told me it wasn't "their policy" and they don't know any thing about that, we asked to talk to the management they said they are not in Egypt right now and he isn't reachable, we asked for his phone number to call they refused to give us , we called the person who checked us is , she denied that and said she was just helping and she actually doesn't work there, we told them that we are going to our meeting and will come back later for the invoice, I had already gave them my room key but my colleague refused to hand the key, he told them we are coming back for the invoice then we can give you the other key, they argued about the check out timing, they refused to let us go forcefully , there was an argument with my colleague, the housekeeper was filming us only not the whole scene without our consent, we were in the elevator for 30 min or longer while they are refusing to close the door, after a long quarrel we went to our meeting (which we were terriblely late for) with a promise from us to come back at 12:00 pm to check out and from them that if the invoice is ready before 12:00 pm it will be sent on WhatsApp. We come back again as promised at12:00 pm to check out and have that invoice, nothing new happened again they said they are waiting for the accounting person to come, once it ready will be sent on WhatsApp and nothing else they can do pla pla pla, we checked with them again after we finished our day they told us they can't do any thing. We had to head back to our city and nothing was solved or sent till now.
So if your going for business don't expect any proof from them or any documentation from any kind.
I have tried to be honest and fair as much as I can.
I had a very terrible experience and I still feel threatened till now even so I am save and secured at my home.

They take 5% illegally and deceive the elderly
Please be careful not to give them secret reservation numbers
