Great place

Fantastic campsite
With everything the heart desires for big and small. Clean and handsome. The camp leader and wife make a lot of fun on the square. Fresh flowers in vases in the orangery.
entertainment on the square during the high season.
DCU`s best campsite, really worth a visit.

Bad concept for day guests.

As day guests to the pool and area it was a limited experience.
No possibility to leave the pool area. no access to the playground.
Not the possibility of picking up forgotten things in the car or buying an ice cream in the kiosk in the swimsuit.
it was not a nice experience, when it is still paid 50kr per person
This is not an option I use again when the concept is as low as it is.

Disappointing for (Dutch) families

We had booked camping Grønninghoved for the last 4 days of our holiday in Denmark. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a major setback for mainly our children. The percentage of seniors is extremely large, and there were no Dutch children. The pool looks nice and you can walk from the campsite to the (narrow) beach. There is a reception and a small camping shop with fresh bread rolls in the morning. However, in the morning at 10:00 am still silence and no life at the campsite. So we have decided to end our holiday early. Any partial refund was not negotiable.

Fantastic holiday experience at Grønninghoved Strand Camping!
We just had a wonderful holiday at Grønninghoved Strand Camping and can not say other than that it has been a true pleasure from start to finish. The place is incredibly nice and well-maintained, and there is a nice atmosphere everywhere – it is clear that there is a great emphasis on cleanliness and order.
A special plus must be given to the friendly, welcoming and hardworking staff. Whether it was at the reception, at the pool or around the square, we were always greeted with a smile and helpfulness. It makes a huge difference for the experience!
There are plenty of fun activities for both children and adults, and the delicious pool has been a big hit in the summer heat – clean, welcoming and well decorated.
We have really enjoy our holiday to the fullest and felt comfortable all the way through. Grønninghoved Strand Camping is a place we would love to return to, and we give our warmest recommendations to anyone who is looking for a relaxing, family-friendly camping holiday in beautiful surroundings.
