Very easy communication with the host.
Modern and clean room, finished with high standard.
All necessary amenities were available and daily housekeeping service makes you feel well taken care of, while spending days in the sun. Rooms are equipped with safe deposit box and they is also an availability to store your luggage in case of early check in or late check out.
We have happened to be on an early morning flight but stayed in touch with the host to update him on our timings. We of course sometimes hope for a possibility of an early check in but we never think of it as a guaranteed option. For a small, privately managed business we were very pleasantly surprised to be able to have our room ready right away!

Location is amazing as you stay in the heart of Split old town. With that in mind - it is extremely convenient location and the buzzing city is at your doorstep, it can get a bit louder at night especially on the weekends. There were ear plugs provided.

Highly recommend - return stay!
I highly recommend Porto Nativo Split. I returned for my second stay having had such a wonderful experience last year! The apartment is really central a short amble to the waterfront, key attractions, restaurants and bars. Although it’s central it is situated on a lovely quiet street - with an excellent local coffee shop that also does excellent drinks and aperitivo in the evening and also a fresh juice bar. The apartment is a really lovely space that I looked forward to returning to stay in. It’s decorated with a lovely mix of old traditional stone and modern high quality furnishings, always very clean and has all the main amenities.
Milovan is the best host I’ve ever experienced! Very helpful, excellent communication before and during my stay - very quick to respond to queries and provides great recommendations. Excellent value for money. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Air conditioning worked great, new modern safe and refrigerator, and beautiful bathroom.
The entrance to the building was just ok but it was in a great location. Staff was very responsive to messages throughout the stay. There were some issues with communication regarding checkin possibly due to Expedia? Fortunately the owner responded immediately once I arrived. Hard pillows affected my sleep but that was a personal preference. Highly recommend property. Very well maintained and many restaurants nearby. Owner is great to respond to questions.

Fantastic location & great facilities. Frane communicated lots with us ahead of time about food recommendations and accessing the property which made our stay easy and relaxing.

The stay was fantastic, host was responsive, room was comfortable, clean and everything you can ask for. Location is unmatched and close to everything. One of the best stays you can find in split!
