Lovely B&B with friendly owners

Casa Quepos is really a homestay. They have one double room for guests with a private shower/toilet (not ensuite). The home is lovely and they have a large entrance area to their property where you can park a car if needed.
The owners are very friendly, speak Spanish and English, and have lots of information about the town and surrounding area and are more than happy to offer advice. They prepared a lovely breakfast for us in the morning and offered us any number of mangoes we wanted, even to keep for our travels, as they have two mango trees outside the house.
There is a kitchen were you can make dinner, however they also offer a home cooked meal, beer and other drinks for an additional charge.
Be wary, in mango season you might be woken by some fruit dropping on the roof!
To find the house, if you arrive by bus, leave the bus station with the street in front of you, turn right and walk to the end of the road. Turn right again and walk until you cross over the bridge. Take the second left next to the bank. It's about five minutes.
The beach is a five minute walk from the house, continuing along that road, through the barrier and over the main road.

If all hotels in Quepo town are sold out, try any hotel between Quepos and Manuel Antonio. Good/frequent bus service..

Terrible experience. Tiny room. This is a house with many people living in it. There is a large table just outside the room window. Family/friends get together at this table in the afternoons/evening - lots of noise. Extra $ for air conditioner use. Room has a fan that doesn't stay upright.
There was a loud party one night that went on till about 2am. The next morning, I observed 2 1.75 liter vodka bottles on the table mentioned above.
