TERRIBLE > Wish I'd read these reviews before I booked... < TERRIBLE
The room, bed sheets and towels were dirty - hair from previous guests, stains and smelt like they hadn't been washed.
The ceiling was leaking heavily in the hallway and not fixed during our stay.
Breakfast was in the dirty stairwell and was slices of bread and strawberry jam.
The bathroom (which is actually just a glass screen separation in the bedroom - so EVERYTHING can be seen) smelt like drains and the toilet never stopped refilling so was constantly noisy. In addition to this, the noise in our room when next door took a shower was deafening.
The bed springs were raised and there wasn't room on the floor to lay two suitcases down if you wanted to get to the bathroom.
Upon arrival the host told us that he'd cancelled our stay because whilst we'd been flying to the country he'd tried to charge our card and it hadn't gone through. We reassured him the card was fine as we'd used it that day and asked him to try again but he refused and rudely told us that how he managed his accommodation was none of our business. He kept insisting we leave but as we had no alternative accommodation in the city we kept trying to find a way he'd let us stay and in the end he allowed us after we first had to go get cash out. After staying in his accommodation we realised we would have been better sleeping on the street.

Mr Lee is VERY RUDE
If you dont want to ruined your trip then never booked here. The owner is VERY RUDE! We just wanted to change our room to lower floor since my brother got knee injury (Hotel No Lift), the owner refused it thou we are aware that the hotel is not fully booked at all, but still he insist that its fully booked. Then he called police he’s saying in korean language that we are just making a scene. He even lock the main door and leave us outside in a very cold weather. In my entire life ive been thru a lot of countries but never encounter such an mean person like Mr. Lee! He even charged us a lot of penalities. We even told him just give out deposite and dont charge the other nights because we dont want to stay in that bloody motel anymore. Well money is not a big deal here we can earn it, but the way Mr. Lee handle the simple situation in not acceptable. VERY VERRY RUDE KOREAN!!!! And hey the hotel is very dirty specially the bathroom, and the breakfast? Just a piece of bread and jam. I hope hes motel will close soon. I will pray for that.

I WISH I SEEN THE REVIEWS BELOW
Very bad experience, if you don't want to ruin your trip please do not book this hotel. I booked in booking.com a month before, and the date i booked to stay in is at 6th oct to 8th oct 2018. On the day 6th oct, I came according to the given location, but the given location in booking.com was wrong, causing me to find the hotel for 2 hours. I called the hotel but no one answered. I followed the given address (not given location) and finally found the hotel without a receptionist there. So I waited for the check-in time, till 3pm, and that's when the owner finally called me. In a very rude attitude, he told me through the phone that my booking was cancelled, his voice tone was lack of patience, without waiting for me to ask more he hung up the phone ! I'm shocked, but me and my cousin were already there in myeongdong and there're luggages with us, how could we possibly find another hotel immediately? This is not the worst part of it, after being informed, I tried to find another hotel to stay in booking.com. , we didnt leave the hotel immediately because we were tired of carrying the luggage. Then, there was this staff who came in and informed us rudely to leave immediately.
If they were to cancel the room booking, they could have done it earlier but instead they did it AFTER we arrived! I couldn't make a review in booking.com as I wasn't registered as a guest in that hotel. Hope more people find this review helpful to prevent unpleasant trips like me and my cousin have had.

Worst experience ever
I'm not gonna go into details. But like previously said on TripAdvisor, the owner was aggressive and disrespectful.
My and my fiance ended up spending one night at a police station because of the owner that didn't want to let us leave the place (the room was nothing like what we booked). He literally started a fight with me and damaged some of our goods.
This hotel should not even be listed on any website

Worst experience ever! Personal very rough
Worst experience ever!
The owner guy was very rough and strict. It was unpleasant to talk to him. We had to wait till precisely check-in time, not any minutes earlier - the same for the check-out time. He shouted us on the phone to get us to check-out even we still had 10 mins. To deposit our luggage is also not possible.
I would never stay in this hotel again.
