Unrivalled house hotel

A wonderful house with few rooms and services of a hotel. Spa , Turkish bath and hot outdoor pool. Breakfasts prepared at the moment.
Very well located and beautiful rooms
Undoubtedly an ideal place to stay

Beautiful place

This place is absolutely beautiful, the house is so colorful, and very cozy... it has various amenities like steam room, jacuzzi... the breakfast is great and the people who work there are very nice and helpful... I really enjoyed my stay in casa de las dos palmas

Nice place to stay, but my room was noisy and dark and no staff overnight

The hotel is nice (excellent location) and the staff is friendly, but my room was right on the street, making it noisy (and they don't provide ear plugs). It was also dark because I had to keep the shutters closed for privacy. The breakfast is fine, but it isn't served until 8.30. I imagine that's because there's nobody overnight, which isn't ideal. When I was staying there 2 men who were quite drunk rang the doorbell at about 10pm. Luckily I didn't have any trouble convincing them to leave. Also, in the lead up to my stay the hotel didn't reply to my email. I had to call.

The problem was the room, rest good

Casa de las Dos Palmas is a nice hotel in the town of Salento, very close to the center, but enough far to not hear the noise of the city. Facilities, such as the garden is beautiful, sauna and jacuzzi after long hiking journeys is very well received. A huge garden so you feel surrounded by nature. Our problem was the room, knowing it is high season in Colombia, the price of the room does not correspond with the quality (regardless of where we come from. The room was separated from the rest and got us thinking it was not always rented as the first night someone knocked on our door asking if we were employees??? It was small with a window and a door at street level so we had to be in the dark all the time. No plugs in the room except for the one for the tv that had to be disconnected, and no security box in the room, we left our valuable things to the staff. Breakfast could be better, basic.

Great place with nice jacuzzi

We absolutely liked this place! It’s in the centre but just off the main road where it’s is quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff, you feel a little at home. And it’s great to use the jacuzzi when it gets chilly in the evening. The room was a bit small to easily put our luggage but the bathroom was big enough and also had a very good shower.
