A safe hotel.
They have the essentials, very well located half a block from the park santander or parrot paruqe, close to shops where you find restaurants, supermarkets drugstores... it is a quiet place and the hotel staff is friendly and respectful.

Excellent option in terms of price/quality ratio with excellent internet
Stayed one night before a tour of the Amazon. We found it based on reviews, focusing on the quality of the Internet, which is a huge problem in Leticia. And this is a really great advantage of this hotel: internet
(Starlink) was so strong and stable that I was able to participate in an hour-long Zoom video conference with my work colleagues!!!
Otherwise, it’s a very cool place to stay for one night: the room is spacious and beautifully designed, everything is clean, the bed is comfortable and large. The owners of the guest house are very nice and friendly. There is a free transfer from the airport, which is convenient.
Of the shortcomings. The water in the shower was barely warm; it was possible to wash, but not very comfortable. And in the bathroom there was only soap, but no shampoo or shower gel...
