性价比很好 各方面也还行吧 要求不高的可以推荐 周边吃饭购物也还好 交通也很方便 一分钱一分货 就不要太高要求了！

设施还行，在于这个性价比，这个价钱过得去了。距离火炬开发区管委会挺近的，周边也有商业环境，不算嘈杂
