super cute welcome treats

My 17 year old son absolutely loved the W Xi'an. The hotel has a very cool, modern vibe and a stylish design that really appeals to younger guests.
The welcome treats were also a fun surprise. The chocolate Terracotta Warrior was incredibly detailed and yes, the entire thing was edible! Such a creative and memorable touch.
Another highlight was the spa. It stays open until 11 p.m., which was perfect for me after a full day of sightseeing. The massage was excellent and exactly what I needed to relieve the soreness accumulated from the trip.
The only downside was the checkout process. There was a small billing error on my final bill. I was told by text that it would be corrected, but unfortunately it never happens. The amount was less than $50, so I didn't feel it was worth following up, but it was enough for me to take one star off my rating.

Recommended stay

The Xi'an W Hotel is located by the banks of Qujiang Pond, with an exterior resembling a modern pyramid, and is brilliantly lit at night. High ceiling in the lobby, giant projection light and shadow changes, full of technological sense. The room is spacious, with smart control for curtains and lighting, the bathroom has wet and dry separation, and Bliss amenities are good to use. Dinner tasted gourd chicken and oil-splashed noodles, authentically delicious. Breakfast has fresh-squeezed juice and freshly made pancakes. The service was thoughtful, and they helped me book tickets for Tang Dynasty Furong Garden. Watching the sunset at the infinity pool in the evening, the pool water and the sky are the same color. The hotel blends ancient capital culture with trendy living, suitable for young people and business travelers, I will come again next time.

Xi'an W Hotel

Stay here for one night when traveling to Xi'an; the online reviews are excellent, and the actual experience is also very good. It lives up to being a must-visit hotel. Looking out from the balcony is the curved Jiangnan Lake, the scenery is very beautiful. The weather was bad and rainy for the few days I was here, so the lake has a Jiangnan feel.
The room is very large, more spacious than the 40-50 square meter typical of a five-star hotel, and very comfortable.
Breakfast has a lot of people, the variety is rich, avoid peak hours to reduce queuing risk.
Transportation is okay, and it's very close to Datang Night Market and Furong Garden.
Traveling is very convenient

Superb

Superb hotel
Well located, pleasant staff, varied breakfast.
Clean room and the housekeepers are adorable
The people at the concierge desk are available and truly attentive.
Too bad the pool is not suitable for children, it is a lap pool
Clean spa and gym

Very futursistic design hotel but the facilities and service are full 5-star.

The design is very strong and my not be to everyone's taste, but the service and facilities (room, pool, bar etc.,) are 5-star. Pool area is huge but unfortunately demanded caps (not a very star look) and the kids were allowed in all pools (outdoor, indoor and jacuzzi) which is also not a very 5-star look. However, still a very interesting 5-star option in Xi'an and our teenage kids loved it.
