前台服务员态度差。房间有虫子，浴巾破破烂烂的有洞，特别是2025年4月17日晚9:30的前台服务员，本来有虫子协调换房间就行，服务员态度恶劣，且说话阴阳怪气！这是我住过的酒店里服务态度最恶劣的服务员

4月17号晚班前台服务员服务态度极其恶劣，房间里有虫子，死活不信去房间看见虫子了还想毁证据，一副谁欠了她几百万似的，以后在也不会住他们家了，房间毛巾也是不卫生

酒店的房间宽敞明亮，布置温馨，设施完备。位置不错，周边出行方便。
然而，服务态度方面却有些不尽人意。前台工作人员办理入住时不够热情，客房服务响应也比较迟缓，这在一定程度上影响了入住体验。
不过，酒店的餐饮还算出色，味道也不错。
