The worst experience ever I felt at any five star hotel
At the hotel gate asked the concierge if this is the same hotel, he said yes.
Then started the worst nightmare
At check in counter , this arrogant staff came , I gave my passport , she demanded deposit amount , I asked is it necessary since I have paid my room and breakfast already. She said you must pay the deposit. I agreed and paid
This lady staff ( she didn’t have name badge , and she reduced to tell her name ) was so arrogant , she was behaving very strange !
I felt so unsafe , I immediately cancelled my booking and asked them to re fund my money. Such staff and hotels are shame to hospitality industry

The main purpose of booking a hotel is somewhere to sleep for the night, and when it is way too hot too sleep, then that is a major drawback!
