Very good stay

Beautifully spent 4-day family stay.
Availability of the underground garage and luggage storage in the morning at the beginning of the stay before check-in, which allowed us to enjoy the whole day in the city and return when the room was ready.
The staff is very friendly and attentive.
Room/suite 1703 is in very good condition, surely freshly renovated and equipped with completely new appliances.
Small detail, it is equipped with x4 for dishes, I would have put x8 to run the dishwasher + full with only 4 of each dish but nothing too serious.
Also a shame not to be able to access the balcony but understandable in terms of security.
The hotel's location is great, a stone's throw from the subway entrance and near a large shopping avenue, downtown Toronto is accessible in a short half hour.
I saw that there was a pool but it is no longer accessible for an unknown reason, a shame it would have been an asset.

Very clean and excellent location. Room was very enjoyable with great comforts for a lengthy stay. Great in-room ammenjties to grab some groceries and do your own meal preps.

The hotel itself was fine and we had a good stay overall, but the housekeeping was pretty disappointing. We stayed for four nights and our room only got serviced once. We were out of the room a LOT, so it was frustrating to keep coming back and realizing it hadn’t been cleaned.
We had to call the front desk a couple of times for things like fresh towels and toilet paper. I totally understand if there’s a certain window for housekeeping, but it seems odd that we only managed to get service once during a four-night stay, especially since we weren’t in the room much. Not a huge deal, but definitely something that could have been better.

We ended up switching rooms because first room was not clean. But staff was excellent in making the switch and moving our luggage while we were out enjoying TO.

Our room exceeded our expectations. The location was good. Morning staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. If I were to log a complaint it would be regarding parking. We circled the block a few times trying to figure out the included parking garage. It wasn't until we went into the office that we were given directions, instructions and our pass. It seems like there should be a better way to communicate this to customers in advance.
