Basic place to sleep near the P'tit Train du Nord

This is a basic hotel above a grocery store. The VIP option (extra charge) is what what gets you toilet and shower in the room, which we hadn't realized in advance. Still not fancy. We had a toilet behind a sliding door (sink in the room) and a glass-enclosed shower in another corner. Shared bath and shower otherwise. Also shared kitchen. We wanted to be close to the P'tit Train du Nord and were getting up early for the shuttle so no breakfast wasn't a big deal. No one on site overnight -- you want to arrive before the store closes.
Just know what you are getting. We still saved some money over a chain motel by the highway but not as much as we expected.
