Friendly staff, clean room, and an easy walk to the waterfall. The only drawback was that our second-floor room had some traffic noise, and the outside lights were a little bothersome at night, even with the blinds closed.

Not a good experience but a great location.

First the good; Great location for a short walk to the convention center or to many restaurant choices and to the falls. The onsite restaurant was okay though when we went the service was very slow (Turtle Jacks). The bad; It is obvious that the hotel was trying to upgrade things but whoever did the renovations to the rooms was very sloppy. The “new” shower was installed with gaps, paint that was applied to the edges where the shower stall meets the wall was on the wall where it looked like no masking of any sort was done. Just sloppy and not professional looking. As you walk into the room you notice a long wall to the left and a shorter wall to the right that leads to the bathroom door. Either would have been good to put something on but they really needed to put at least one full length mirror somewhere. When you wanted to take a look before heading out the only option was to go into the bathroom and look at the smaller mirror above the sink. But wait, there’s more. We were there 4 days and after the 1st day the room was freshened and towels replaced. Then on day 2 we came back from breakfast and there was a note saying they didn’t make up the room because it was occupied? but to take the note to the front desk and it would be made up in the afternoon. We did as stated and the clerk in front apologized and said he would take care of it. That night we returned and….. room not refreshed. We had extra coffee and could reuse our towels so we shined it on. The next day we left and were gone all day. We came back……room not refreshed. I called and said that at a minimum we need coffee pods and fresh towels. Later an older gentleman, seemed to be a maintenance worker, brought a large plastic bag full of towels, grabbed the garbage liner and put a new one in and started to leave. I asked if he had coffee pods and he just looked like a deer in the headlights and left. I thought he would return but did not. In essence if this is what a new refreshed look to the hotel is like they paid too much and did half the effort. I have attached photos of the bathroom workmanship (or lack of it) and photos of the blank walls where a full length mirror would easily fit. I don’t recommend this hotel until they get things organized.

I booked a non-smoking room for our stay, but upon entering, the room immediately reeked of stale cigarette smoke. When we called reception to report the issue, a staff member came up to inspect it, but they completely dismissed our concerns rather than helping us resolve the situation or moving us to a proper non-smoking room.
To top it off, the bedding was extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were tiny, paper-thin, and terrible quality, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep.
Between the lack of basic cleanliness standards and the unhelpful attitude from management, I cannot recommend staying here. Save your money and book elsewhere.

The fall view was beautiful. #If you plan to take your animal, make sure you call more than once. I called twice and notified them that I have my dog with me, and they confirmed they have it on record, and I am all set. During the first call to inform them about my dog, they transferred me with the promise that they're offering a discounted stay for my next trip. I am not gullible, so it took me less than 3 minutes to realize they were trying to sell a timeshare. I declined. I can't help but wonder if that had any bearing on all of this.
When I got there, they were saying they did not have a dog room reserved. I told them I called ahead, and the guy who checked me in was like, “I will make an exception, but if we get one complaint, you are out.” I was so embarrassed. Then the older lady apparently didn't know he made the exception, and she was so rude about it. How is that my fault? It is a communication breakdown within the company, and instead of apologizing and fixing it, they somehow made it my fault.
Most of the ice machines did not work. The front desk staff needs some customer service training. They all feed off each other’s poor attitude.

When we slept at the middle night and others knocked on our door to bothers us. We felt worried and anxious about that night. That was a not good experience for us.
