Front desk man was very helpful. Lots of free parking available. Good air conditioning and newly renovated shower and tub.
A convenience store in same building and a great take out pizza also in same building.
Very good value for price.

Reception was friendly. The hotel was quite tired an run down. Sidewalks pose a risk. Rooms are clean however outdated. Ok for a place to rest your head for a night. I forgot my pillow and they reached out to let me know. Very kind.

Very clean and cleaning staff very nice and accommodating. Arrived to check-in and was a bell at front desk to ring for service...which i did a few times. There was a sheet of info and #'s to the side of counter for the customers once booked in. I called but only got an answering machine (3pm on a Friday) . Another customer already booked walked by and spent his time helping me find a staff member. Eventually the desk clerk appeared and proceeded to tell me a sob story...of which I wasnt there to hear...that he had just stepped out for a bathroom break. And that he was working a 14 hour shift...blah blah blah. A simple note left on desk would have solved the issue. After 45 minutes at counter trying to get booked in(we were pre-registered), we finally received our room key. Air conditioner in room worked fine but at a level with the mattress so it couldn't circulate. Price was good but won't be back.

Funny little place, good for a layover stay. Part uni residence, part motel. Kitchen use is a plus. Friendly staff, pleasant location.

Meh.

Was told they close the front desk at 11 but it’s 12 so we drove as fast as possible to avoid not having a place to sleep. It was frustrating cause it was a stressful last 2 hours of driving trying to meet this deadline was didn’t exist. The place is pretty clean but pretty bare bones. Pubic hair in the shower. Very heavy musty smell. My mistake that I didn’t read the description closely and didn’t have enough bed so at midnight asked if they could give us a discount on a third room. Nope, no budging which was crappy and disappointing. The room would have sat empty so why not offer a small discount. Anyways won’t be back and had family who were travelling back and I said don’t stay at this place. If you’re looking for a very very basic room come here but for an extra $40 you could have much better.
