Good restaurant and helpful manager

Ms Mandy, served for my breakfast in the restaurant inside the hotel, is very sweet, nice and warm. She gave me the fresh cooked potato wedges. The restaurant provided excellent dining condition. In addition, I appreciated the Manager, Mr Gary solved the problem that firstly, I checked the room provided and found the tap inside toilet was out of order as no water come out. He changed the room at the first instance. Thanks. His other colleagues on the front desk were friendly and helpful.❤️

Nice, clean hotel with good amenities, downtown Edmonton

Nice hotel with very clean rooms. Be aware that there is a lot of construction now I. downtown Edmonton, closing roads around the hotel location. The breakfast was very good and well presented. Mandi was a delightful breakfast hostess!

Clean and spacious room but slightly older

The staff were friendly. The free breakfast was nice and had a variety. Our room seemed a little older (panelling over older paint, dirt in gaps of window areas, rust spots in bathroom, older windows etc) and also smelled a bit musty but it was clean overall and was a nice and spacious room (they upgraded to a small suite free of charge).

The rooms are cozy, not much floor space but adequate. Parking was an additional $10/night. The staff was very helpful and a good, standard continental breakfast was appreciated. We would stay again.

This is a quite rundown hotel in a bit of a rough neighbourhood that made me a little nervous because I was travelling with 14-yr-olds.
The staff is doing its best to keep the hotel clean and welcoming but the room didn’t smell great (lingering smoke or exhaust or the odour from the sketchy pub in the building??); the pool and weight room are much smaller than they appear in the photos.
Room cleaning was forgotten on one morning, even though I requested it twice while we were o it of the building.
The included breakfast was well done and care was taken to accommodate guests requests.
