Room was recently updated. Vending machines were almost empty. Parking can be tight, overall great location

Always our choice when going to Calgary. Very clean and renovated rooms. Included breakfast is great and includes something for everyone. Friendly staff. Really like the security features for accessing floors. The location is perfect for walking our dog and taking a stroll in the evening. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the coffee in the rooms. It is very weak. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We stayed at the hotel while attending a softball tournament at a nearby park. I can't think of another reason to stay here.
The hotel is right on the Trans Canada highway, and theoretically might be convenient if driving through. There are some amenities nearby (grocery store, some chain restaurants), but not a lot. Generally, the area isn't nice. We walked around a little bit, but the reality is if you want food that's interesting, you're going to be driving for 5 mins or more. This hotel is not close to the downtown core - that's about 15 to 20 mins drive. It is close to the hospital and university area - about 5 mins by car. There are lots of amenities up there.
The room was recently updated, but was still not the cleanest I've seen with some buildup of rust and mildew in the bathroom and stained sheets on the bed and towels in the bathroom.
The staff was quite nice.
Breakfast in the morning was a small step above the usual continental, with hard boiled eggs and a waffle maker. The breakfast room was slightly small, so if the hotel is busy I could see not getting a place to sit.
Parking was included, but not plentiful. If the hotel is busy, you might have a problem getting a spot. The lot is open, and at road level too. A bit sketch.
I honestly wouldn't return. Even if I was attending an event at the park again. I still drove to the park, which means I'd be better just to stay at a nicer hotel elsewhere.

It’s was a good experienced when we stay but it need some improvement on the service of the staff and cleanliness of the place.

Parking easy to access. Breakfast as expected. It’s a dog friendly place and I love seeing the dogs.
