Disappointing - no concerns addressed and fobbed off constantly
The walk to the rooms was quite dangerous - loose stones, not many lights to help and the stairs each time we walked down we were accidentally slipping on each loose slab.
Our room had no heating, it was broken - they provided us with two electric heaters which were not safe to leave on overnight or during the day… especially as when plugging in one heater and the kettle in seperate plugs there was a massive bang and sparks - lost all electricity and when telling reception there was no apology. He said he can’t do anything until maintenance sorts it, I asked if we can have another room and he said come back later. Maintenance turned back on the fuses but plugs still didn’t work - and then had a broken kettle and radiator and still no heating.
Our hot water was limited to 1 short shower, springs coming through the bed and cleaners left our GROUND FLOOR BACK DOOR OPEN - ALL DAY! until we returned from the slopes at 5pm to find our already cold room FREEZING!
Each time we told reception our problems we were fobbed off and told ‘I can’t help or change rooms come back later or tomorrow’ - when we came back after dinner they would say come back tomorrow, if we came the next day they said the manager isn’t in to help so they can’t do anything!
We would ask for tea bags or coffee as our room only came with 1 green tea bag, although I could see there was a whole cupboard under their front desk they told us to go purchase from the attached bar. The staff need real training in customer front facing work, and satisfaction rather than to fob us off to other staff when they know their shift ends!
It was a place to rest our head but not worth the money.
It is close to ‘the hub’ bar which was amazing - please visit it’s such cheap pints and amazing pizza! It’s also close to ‘the station bansko’ food and serve amazing greek food.

Horrible
It is currently 3 a.m., and a large group of guests in the adjacent room is shouting, laughing very loudly, banging on walls and doors, and playing loud music, which can be clearly heard in our room and throughout the hallway.
We contacted the reception and informed the hotel about the noise, but no effective action was taken. The noise continued for hours, and no one came to properly control the situation.
A hotel that cannot ensure basic quiet hours at night and does not react to guest complaints is not worth recommending.
I would not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone who values sleep and peace.
