Cosy!
Room was lovely with a mountain view, and location was great. Short walking distance from the gondola and centre. Parking (in the yard) is also not a problem at all - Safe and locked. Thank you so much dear Petar and Daisy for being super friendly and helpful.

Family holiday with toddler and dog in July 2026
From the moment we walked in to the hotel we were welcomed by the empty reception area and it stayed that way through out our stay. hospitality was not there it's not good. Later we found out that the owner were lounging around somewhere in quiet spots and the kitchen staff was doing all the jobs : cooking, cleaning, pouring drinking, cleaning, opening swimming pool etc one personal doing everything at the same time. Fundamental issues are in the bedroom: bed extremely uncomfortable, bedding is old and too small bed, bathroom shower head broken. Yes they have sauna but it's for 2 people midium size, the same is for steam room. Swimming pool is sharing with car parking, is also small after 3 strokes you are on the other side of the pool. Food was also not good definitely not Bulgarian cuisine.

Pleasant stay
Despite a hotel with a slightly dated style, the stay remains very pleasant! The real strong point is the spa area, particularly complete with its indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, and salt room. Special mention for the evening buffet which is excellent, especially the pork and the potatoes which were simply delicious.

Good hotel with delicious food
This is our first year in Grami. The hotel has a great location, near the centre and the staff is very polite. It is very warm and clean. The food is excellent and delicious . I would recommend it to everyone and would come back again.

Fantastic value for money and run by the heart from passionate staff
Such a sweet darling hotel. Friendly staff, delicious food (small selection but some of the best we have had in a hotel). On arrival we were given a choice of rooms due to size of party when booking. Deluxe rooms are luxurious and modern but we chose the 2 bedroom apartment which is quirky but suited us better. As below someone mentioned the shower, deluxe room doesnt have this problem but i think they might be referring to the apartment but it hasnt bothered us. We have really enjoyed our stay with a fantastic location and passionate staff. If we come back to bansko we will definitely return. Amazing value for money.
