Check in is kindve hard i sent a picture instead of telling me it didnt work i had to wait outside until they fixed it

Need to improve conference and room cleaning.

Beautiful accommodation and well located. However, some points have left much to be desired. Bed linen had a stain of blood, the bathroom sink was heated, the floor was full of electrical wires, the bedroom lamp burned and the chair was with loose screws on the seat.

Neighborhood safe with lots of options of restaurant, supermarket, shopping mall and transportation. Staff really nice. A little bit noise from the airplanes taking on and off the airport close by. The only concern is the cleaning. The apartment needs a deep cleaning. Small things that can make a difference. Overall a good value for the money. I would stay there again.

When we entered the room, we noticed that the toilet was already clogged up from before. Imagine walking into a hotel room, only to be met with an already clogged up, and a semi-clean room. We requested a room change, and they denied our request. To their credit, a plumber came in later to unclog the toilet, but we were already very disgusted. The standards at this place are very low, and everything in that room felt filthy. The pillows on the couch had numerous disgusting unknown stains on them. We will definitely NOT be going back to this place ever again.
