Excellent
I stayed this weekend and the experience was far above my expectations. The bed was incredibly soft, with extremely smelly sheets and blankets, which already demonstrated the capricho and cleanliness of the place. By the way, the whole room had a delicious smell of cleaning and was impeccably clean.
The bath was great, with good pressure and temperature. And the breakfast... just absurdly delicious! An incredible variety of options, all very tasty and well presented.
No doubt, it is a hotel that I recommend with my eyes closed. Excellent in all respects! A great option, and I would definitely come back.

Excellent evaluation
Great accommodation, creative environment and that provides well-being. Receptive breakfast, good location. I believe that the needs have been met.

Breakfast is the highlight!!!
Breakfast is the highlight of the hotel and is worth the experience. The rooms are clean and the beds soft. The service is excellent from the delivery to the breakfast. The downside is that the showers are electric and the bath is not so pleasant on colder days.

disrespect to LGPD
My negative assessment is due to the total disrespect of the general data protection law. The receptionist took a picture of my document without my permission, and when I questioned him about the reason for the copy and the storage time he reacted deboche and demonstrated complete ignorance of the terms of the law. Obviously I will not stay in this hotel anymore. I travel for work all over the state, I've stayed in dozens of hotels and this customer's treatment as a "blender to be checked" only occurred in this hotel and in another stone of St. Gabriel

When I went to check in the receptionist charged me the diary when I had already paid in advance at hoteis.com. The breakfast is good and with plenty of choices of cold, cakes and salty. The shower is electric, I don't know if other rooms are like this or gas shower. There is free parking. The check-out is at 11 a.m. and you must leave until the limit at 11:40. That I found bad, other hotels of Santa Maria is at midday.
