Bad experience

I booked the accommodation according to the ad on Booking.com, which showed the photos of the selected and available room, according to the dates, values and fees paid. With view, apparently impeccable cleaning. Meanwhile, I stumbled upon the bedroom, dirty bed linen, broken shower. Just an interference, so no minimum support. There was no service, re-location availability, not even informing the internet access network, therefore, application channels without working. Bad experience. I do not recommend.

Unbelievable...bad room

I reached the hotel room (managed by Stay) and found a dirty bed, no lining and the dirty blanket.
When asked to understand, the hotel receptionist said it was for me to talk to Stay??? (Which does not give you the slightest attention and do not attend in any way).
In the meantime they cleaned up the room, but leaving the blanket dirty and dirty (used) pillows.
Shameful.
I'll never come back.
