The hotel despite having good grades in tourism portals is beeeeeem weak!
It was the most expensive and poorly paid diary of my life!
I arrived at night, at 7:00 the check-in did not take long, but when I arrived in the room, I saw that I was placed in a PCD room, until then everything was fine, but the room so there was no box in the bathroom and since I have two children, the synonym for this is mess at bath time.
There was no floor towel in the bathroom! I mean, there is no box and there is no floor towel?? I had to go down and ask, even because the room has no phone to request the reception.
I asked and they would arrange, which took over an hour for it to happen.
The toilet paper was that gray, which most aspire impossible.
Very fine towels available for bathing.
The cleanliness of the room was not good. Since it was a hotel near the beach, there was sand on the floor. The old furniture (closet and desk, which arrives were stained). The closet was impossible to open. Strong smell of guarded.
The beds had no sheets to cover! That's it. You covered yourself with the bed patch.
The place can be simple and well cared for. Which was not the case!
The bed was ok, comfortable and pillows ok, the split air conditioner was new and worked well, no noises.
The environment was ok, long corridors, nothing too much. There are swimming pools, but I didn't even see or use them, because it's only open until 18:00 and since I arrived at 19:00 I couldn't have access.
There is free parking, which is very good!
Breakfast is simple beeeem! For the value of the daily, it deserved more diversity. All I had was banana, watermelon and some kind of bread.
Being in the northeast there was nothing very regional outside Cusco.
I have been in other smaller guesthouses with less quantity but with a variety of items. Mostly because it's high season and the hostel is full.
Not worth the daily value. In the city there are other options with close values. I let it go last minute and I was disappointed.
