A Marvel of creative hospitality

There is a main property and 2 casitas. We stayed in the dolphin. It is like being in a movie or a fantasy world. The love that went into making this place was tremendous. The garden shower was EVERYTHING. The bed so comfortable. There are 2 splits so my husband could be freezing downstairs and I could be cozy upstairs, in and out of the balcony that overlooks the amazing pool. The kayaks are so appreciated, the gardens gorgeous. If you want a place to do a photo shoot or look hot on insta THIS is the property.

Wow!!

A bizar experience from the start, entering the area you immediately feel the Gaudi-sphere. The villa was really amazing, felt like a celebrity.
From the pool we watched the sundown every night.
The location is central too, as a base to visit all good places in Belize we found is top off the bill!
Please be kind to Ms. White, the black cat who makes sure you have a safe and pleasant stay ;-)

Incredible Stay at Swan Villas in Placencia – A One-of-a-Kind Experience!

We had an unforgettable time at the Alterhome Swan Villas! The location is central, making it easy to explore, and the staff were super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. But let's talk about the villa – it was insanely cool. The architecture is funky and unique, unlike anything we've ever seen before. It’s one of those places where you walk in and immediately know there’s no other like it!
The design was not only creative but also incredibly practical. The bedroom had tons of storage space, including shelves and baskets, which made it easy to keep things organized. We were particularly impressed by the shower—it had a ceiling-mounted head and live plants hanging from above, making the whole experience feel like a spa retreat. Honestly, every inch of the home seemed to be thoughtfully crafted with comfort in mind.
Plus, we had access to plenty of extra linens and blankets in the laundry room, which was a nice touch. Just a heads-up—bring your own laundry soap!
A Few Small Things to Note:
There was a faint musty smell that we thought might have been coming from the hot tub (it doesn’t have a cover), but we were able to mitigate it by covering a drain hole in the living room with a book, which seemed to help. Also, while we loved the firmness of the bed, the pillows could have been a bit more comfortable for a perfect night’s sleep.
Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we'd definitely come back. It’s a truly unique and stylish retreat that’s hard to beat!
