Nice cozy cottage

We were in Escape with two, cottage 34
Super nice cottage. Small but everything you need
Good bed, good pillows, made on arrival
Air conditioning present and was needed with moments
Because we had an even number, we not only had a terrace but also a nice piece of grass which was handy with our dog.
Virtually everything there to wash dishes and drink coffee or tea. But only 4 coffee cups, Nespresso, but we were provided
All in all had a super nice stay and will definitely come back again

Nice bungalow, nicely decorated!

Nice bungalow, ideal for two people. Everything is there that needs to be: shower, sink, kitchenette, bedroom, toilet, toiletries, ...
Easy to find, on foot just a little too far away from the beach, but a bus stops in front of the park entrance (only runs until half past seven).

Not worth repeating.

The service seriously leaves something to be desired: there is no customer friendliness and emails are not responded to or only after a long time. This makes it difficult to ask questions or get problems resolved in a timely manner.
In addition, the condition of the accommodation was substandard. The cottage was dusty on arrival and made an unkempt impression. The beds were so sagging that a comfortable night's sleep was not possible.

Quiet but not at all comfortable and not suitable for older people.

We stayed in house number 5. As it rained all the time on Friday, we stayed a lot inside and there we see that the furniture is very uncomfortable. The mattress is okay but the bed is much too low (20 cm from the floor) for older people. Plus it's stuck to the window so it's impossible to get to the other side. We tried to pull it back but then we lock the electrical outlet on the other side. Blinds are difficult to lower and raise, they roll up crookedly. Armchairs are actually kind of mattresses, we are very poorly seated to read for example, just like on rattan chairs whose cushion is a 1.5 cm thick. The TV is on the side so you have to turn your head to watch it and have a torticoli or get in the chairs. The bathroom is tiny. The shower is very small, my husband is tall and strong and can not get in. The central knob that controls the showers did not rotate. We should also indicate the water is very hot, I almost burned 2x. I tried to use the hair dryer but there was a leak in the sink cabinet and so it was soaked and so was the garbage. The exterior floor is very dangerous when wet. Disappointed and expensive for what it was. I find the photos on the website misleading. Only positives, location and quiet, parking (provided there is no one in house #6 otherwise not room for 2 cars. The storage space inside is OK. Next time I'll get an Inn room.

To flee!!

The road noise was UNBEARABLE!! We couldn't sleep all night! The least thing would have been to indicate that the road was under construction, it is not normal to propose a holiday place with such a nuisance!
We only stayed two nights out of the six planned because it was so noisy, we could only hear that.
The blinds are not blacking out enough, so we see as if it was in broad daylight.
Not enough dishes and a hob to cook is not enough.
Far from the beach, on foot more than 40 minutes!
Toilet and shower blocked from the 1st day and no blind in the main room...
In short, a DISASTER!
No understanding of the responsible Mrs Peggy Mariën.
We are extremely disappointed with this holiday.
Flee this property if you want a relaxing holiday!
