Not worth repeating

The AC didn't work. We were just being strung along. Never seen a mechanic. Because of the heat we had to leave the windows open, so we suffered from the noise on the street.
The shower corner was filthy. The cups in the kitchen were so dirty from the coffee and or tea attack.
Spotlight on the ceiling hung loose
Railing from the stairs to the balcony is completely rusted.

Very nasty experience nasty customer service not thinking along to a solution

Very bad. First you get a dirty room. Where clothes from the previous people are still lying. Blinds are a cm thick of dust on it. Shower all moldy. Then you could go to another room you will be downgraded. Stiffly they insist that it goes the same price range. Then they tell you you'll get the difference back. To a lot of pushing and pulling not yet nothing arranged. They tell you to take off your bad review before you get your payment. Pure scams

DO NOT BOOK THIS ONE!

I have booked this apartment for 13 nights. I was looking so much looking forward to it. In the room: broken door handle, several broken things in the bath room, but most annoying: broken air conditioning. Small things are repaired super quick, but they could not repair the air conditioning. It was 25 degrees in the room and you cannot open a window as you are in the noisy city center. I have asked to change rooms. I have asked for urgent repair. But all a "NO" while on bookings sites you could see availability. I was even willing to pay up-charge. After 5 nights of no sleep I was done with it and asked to cancel the rest of the nights. They are not willing to do it and charged me for the full stay. Please never book here as the service is horrible.

Unit 2 in this property is dangerous. It is an attic property and there is an massive old wooden wheel ( 2 meters in diameter) that is suspended from the roof's wooden A frame. It hangs down to within 1.5m from the floor near the side of the bed. You need caution to get out of the bed to quickly! My wife and I knocked are heads on it several times. Next the stairs leading up from the hallway door to the room are very steep and the stair pads are very narrow. perhaps 15cm in some parts. Dangerous if you make a mis-step. Lastly, there is no sound insulation in the floor. Our last night there, the unit below threw a party. music was not loud but you can almost hear everyone's conversations. At 2am we asked them to stop shouting as we needed sleep. but they carrried on until 6am! Antwerp was great though!

The room is amazing, but for this price ypu expect an actual hotel with a reception and something like a bar. None of that, all communication is digital and you enter a earily empty hotel
