My stay was pleasant
Good location of the place, has a Billa (supermarket) a block away and very close to the metro, the room I was assigned was good size, I always booked for 2 people despite traveling alone, and is if I was surprised by its space, do not feel locked or anything like that. The reception from the staff is good from the start, the bed is comfortable, the TV is useless for me unless you know German, it is not smart, the bathroom is good size and the cleaning is very good, I found nothing weird or unpleasant smells.

Mixed experience: an excellent welcome on Sunday contrasted sharply with the poorest service on Wednesday from the hotel manager, whose handling of guests felt dismissive despite a forced smile. The room itself was clean and modern, but the facilities are quite limited.

Worst Ibis ever
Worst Ibis I've ever been as an Accor Member.
Bad check in. The receptionist looked like a robot with no hospitality and police investigation.
Small and old rooms, no decent equipment, no small fridge or amenities. To pay 90€/night I think it was very bad.

Staff was exceptionally helpful. For example, when asking about check out at night, staff even shared thorough advice on most affordable way to airport with step by step guidance. Peaceful visit - Room was very quiet. Amenities like kettle or fridge would have been nice, could get hot water from downstairs though.

Overall good, great for travel connections
This hotel was fine for a budget one. We stayed for Eurovision, so was charged a bit more than usual. I was a little disappointed there was no kettle in the room but that might be more of an Austrian thing (I am British and used to hotels having kettles). Staff were accommodating and the breakfast buffet was nice. It was close to train and tube station, easy to get around the city. We were opposite the Prater park which was nice to visit.
