Great vacation at the Kirchenwirt
We would like to thank the hotelier family very much for a wonderful and relaxing vacation in their 4-star hotel in the Kaunertal. From the first moment on, we felt welcome and in the best of hands. The warm hospitality, the family atmosphere, and the attentive service made our stay something very special.
The hotel impresses not only with its beautiful location in the Kaunertal but also with comfort, cleanliness, and many lovely details. We would especially like to highlight the excellent food, the pleasant atmosphere, and the friendliness of the entire team. You can feel that work is done here with heart and passion. The rooftop pool - simply top. That is what our grandchildren said.
We enjoyed the days very much, were able to relax wonderfully, and are taking many beautiful memories home with us. For us, it was an all-around successful vacation that we are happy to recommend. Thank you very much for the wonderful time – we would love to come back!

True hospitality
We were there for 4 days for a motorcycle tour. The natural beauty of the Kaunertal is enchanting. The Kirchenwirt is ideally located for exploring the valley and its surroundings. The modern hotel offers very nice rooms, a great spa, excellent cuisine, and very friendly, helpful staff. The host and owner is an authentic personality and offers true hospitality. Therefore, it comes with an absolute recommendation!

The hotel offers modern rooms with all the necessary amenities. A nice spa and delicious food and beverage options. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing welcome in this fantastic hotel
We have just returned form a fabulous long weekend in Feichten and are really glad we chose this hotel. Martin, his family and their extended team are so welcoming and friendly. As a British family in a largely German/Austrian favourite we were really impressed and happy with our experience. And the rooms are FANTASTIC!
We have a young child who was entertained by the kids playroom and the staff who love kids.
The food was amazing. loads of choice at breakfast time and lovely choices for evening meals both local and international.
We'll definitely go back.

Nice hotel with room for improvement
The hotel is near an excellent ski area, which means that its guests are probably more forgiving than they would otherwise be... The just-renovated room was very nice, with a great view and nice balcony. However, there was no hook to hang a towel in the bathroom and the heated rack was very inconveniently placed just above the toilet. The sauna itself was nice, but the relaxing area was not very welcoming. The food was good but by no means memorable. The bread at breakfast was not always fresh and the salad bar was the same every night (incidentally, the dishes on offer were exactly the same as those available at the salad bar at the restaurant on the slopes). Also, I do like a cold apres-ski beer... but the "lounge" was rather dark and somewhat depressing, so I ended up getting a beer at the supermarket and having it on my very nice balcony...! Finally, it was a bit annoying that the wifi connection kept getting lost.
