No Soap or shower gel why!!

Lovely clean hotel, good size rooms on the first floor can’t comment on the second floor, evening menu is good with pizzas steak and salads to choose from, I had the mixed grill which was very good, motorbikes can be parked at the back under the mezzanine balcony, the restaurant is a good size with marvellous views on the outside balcony weather permitting, breakfast is a little limited however, my only gripe is… no soap or shower gel why they don’t supply this ? It really lets the whole experience down and prevents a 5 star review!

a nice and cozy hotel. good breakfast and dinner. good rooms and some nice people who welcomed one. it was the first time we were there. but come back....................................................................

Nice older and very clean hotel - very friendly approach

Rooms: Small but very clean and cozy
Food was just super delicious in the evening. Great pizza selection and was also very good. Salad was also plentiful.
The reception and handling of guests was very friendly and familiar. Loose and pleasant. We also felt a good working atmosphere among ourselves

What a pity

The guesthouse was old and looked very nice. Felt like gone back to 40's. In the room we only had one big towel, one mug, no drinking glasses, no minibar, no AC but we had hard sheets and windows straight to the sun and outside was +35°C. Getting an extra glass was really hard because the owner didn't want to let us drink anything own in the room. The breakfast was limited edition we used to get. No vegetables nor fruits at all. Only bread with few cold cuts and cheese, coffee and juice and ofcourse no glasses (again). Getting glasses for their own orange juice was really mission impossible and harsh. The guesthouse is very loudly and near the road and the clocktower which rings the bell every 15min. With money you have to pay for all this is way too much. Fortunately my wife can speak Germany 'cause the stuff was out of order with english. Next time to elsewhere.

too early?

We arrived here at 2 pm to find it all locked up! The phone number on the door was out of service. This is set in a very rural area so it was very quiet.
We eventually got someone in the local shop to contact the hotel owner who sent a man to open up. He grunted and pointed to where we could leave our bikes.
We got over the mix up with the room keys and promptly went out to find something to eat in the nearby village.
We returned to the hotel and it was open!! three or four people were there drinking and smoking. We had a drink and retired.
We skipped breakfast and decided we would feel more comfortable eating in the first cafe we came across. An odd place to stay
