This is not appart hôtel.
These are appartements bought in a very old and low class building share with normal inhabitants. And rented as apart hotel .
Locating the place is not easy ans it is a normal Building and no major sign outside. and then Building is dated from 70’s and entrance is really not welcoming.
Self checking is basic
And no reception desk only phone number.
I have the feeling to have been scammed and regret because for the same price you can easily find a real hotel.

Linz is different

One point is still too many. Unmaintained and dirty apartment. Poorly equipped kitchen, garbage lying around, moldy bathroom and much more. Never again and definitely not recommended. Staff wanted garage fee in cash, even though I had booked everything completely.

Spacious, bright apartment, separate bedroom, all top!

We stayed over an extended WE in the apartment "Cozy" in Linz. We were very pleased, it is spacious, nice, very bright, large windows, the bed was super comfortable, everything is clean, bedroom is separate (so you can close the door if one gets up early), toilet also separate from the small bathroom. With us everything was top, had views of the quiet courtyard. I don't understand some of the bad reviews here, the price/performance ratio is really good and 45 m2 with two large rooms for this price you just don't get in the very finest neighborhood or directly at the city square. We would definitely come back!

Nice apartments but poorly managed. I have a long list of issues, that started with a very bad check in experience (property didn't send me the check in details, then the phone support wasn't able to give me directions to my apartment). After 20 minutes of searching and calls I finally got the instructions email and could get into my apartment.
The apartment smelled like mould, coming from the bathroom. Toilet was dirty. I asked to be moved, and got another apartment quickly (that was a good point).
The second apartment was also not cleaned properly:
- smelly and dirty toilet and shower
- dirty couch
- dirty fridge
- coffe spilled on the upper shelf in the kitchen
- loose tap in the kitchen
- dusty lights with dead bugs inside.
Good parts:
- clean bed sheets and towels
- comfortable bed
- warm rooms
- nice design
- good location
- well equipped kitchen.
I don't think I would stay here again in the future.
