une semaine de rêve à Ladis
Nous avons été accueillis de façon fort conviviale par la propriétaire qui nous a fait visiter l'appartement et nous a expliqué tout ce qu'il était nécéssaire pour profiter de notre séjour. L'appartement :1 chambre,1 grande pièce à vivre avec une cuisine très bien équipée, 1 toilette indépendante, 1 salle de bain équipée d'un autre toilette et d'une douche à l'italienne très confortable 1 lavabo bien sur. la pièce principale et la chambre donne sur un vaste balcon qui offre une vue magnifique sur la chaine de montagne. Le garage est en sous sol facilement accessible, le tout est desservi par un ascenseur. La literie est très confortable. A noter également 1 téléviseur dans la pièce à vivre et dans la chambre. Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle !

Wonderful accommodation
We had a wonderful stay and were looked after all around great. Jutta was super attentive from the first to the last day and read every wish from our eyes. From individually freshly prepared breakfast egg and daily selectable bread to cooling pads for an injured knee and the possibility of departure later.
The house is well maintained and very nicely decorated. Our apartment (Schöngampalm) was more than spacious and offered everything we needed.
The location with proximity to the cable car and the new ski depot (included in the room price) is very good.

Inappropriate handling of the hostess overshadows the stay
We have now been staying with friends for the third year in a row at the LuxApart in Ladis and have always been satisfied in the past years.
The sauna area, open daily, was used by us regularly. The property provides freshly washed sauna towels. Since we travelled with six people and did not all use the sauna daily, we only ever removed as many towels as were actually needed. Nevertheless, this year the owner accused us in a very unfriendly tone of “hoarding” towels, which was not true in our view.
Also unpleasant was a situation related to kitchen use. We prepared a rice bowl one night. The kitchen is designed for self-catering and was not used by us more intensively or differently than you know it from home. Nevertheless, the owner expressed very derogatory remarks about alleged odor nuisances.
This year, a ski depot at the valley station was new. For our tour group, three lockers were included free of charge. On Friday afternoon, however, we were very unkindly asked to return the deposit cards immediately, even though the apartment was booked until Saturday morning at 9am. The owner reacted even more unkindly to the polite inquiry as to whether at least one locker could be used until departure. She could not give us any written information about the return policy of the tickets.
Due to this demand, we were eventually locked in the booking system, so that we can no longer book an apartment there in the future. Objective and adequate communication was no longer possible from that date.
Overall, we strongly recommend that future guests familiarize themselves very closely with the house rules and expectations of the property before arrival to avoid misunderstandings. Based on the experience we have gained, we will look for another accommodation for upcoming holidays. The approach tone towards us we felt was not appropriate and unfortunately this has clearly affected our holiday.

Ski Holiday
Visited in December 2021, found a very, very nice appartement. Clean, modern and in excellent condition. Good internet, very nice wellness and we were able to charge out Tasha in the Parking garage.
The host, Jutta, was very helpful and accommodating. She was a great help during a few difficult moments.
Appartement is close to the Ladis valley ski lift station, about a 5 minute walk.

Wonderful appartment
My husbond and I stayed here for 3 days with our two boys - in a wonderful 2 room appartment. The appartment seemed new and was clean. The hostess was extremely friendly, helpful and fun. Ladis doesn’t have a whole lot to offer, but the cable car is 5 minutes walk away and takes you to Fiss (and from there you can go to Serfaus).
We loved it. The view is great and we enjoyed the breakfast service - delivered to our appartment in the morning.
The area has everything you need for all ages. We hope to be back next year and in that case we will most likely stay at Luxapart again.
