A fabulous stay!!
A great stay, with 50 school kids in tow. The hotel accommodated us no problem. Breakfast was more than plentiful and set us up for a day on the slopes. The rooms were all comfortable and came with ensuite bathrooms.
Dinner in the evening was lovely and usually consisted of a meat, potatoes or pasta, a sauce and vegetables. They even accommodated for those who were gluten free, vegetarian and other allergies within the group. The staff were super friendly not only to the staff but to the students too. They couldn't do enough. If we had an issue it was sorted promptly.
I would high recommended this hotel. With easy 15 minutes transfer to the slopes and other attractions. And approximately 45 minutes to Salzburg. An ideal base!!

Overall not satisfactory
Rooms, as well as bathroom very satisfactory. Except breakfast and dinner were not good.Butter inadequate and very sparse,Eggs at almost 40 guests are impossible to cook yourself.That can not be done at all. Too bad, not even a typical local snack, for that you could buy something for inflated prices on the last day,from the butcher man.The landlord and family.were very nice. A day was supposed to start with a good breakfast, was unfortunately not so.

Don’t go!!!
This is the worst hotel and the most unfriendly host. They talk bad of you behind your back, the service level is below 0 and they yell at you if you ask them something. The beds are so discusting! Blood stains, coffe and so on in the beds. The sheets smells of cigaretsmoke. The food they serve is so low standard. There is no internet in the rooms and the internet in the hall is of so bad quality that you can’t use it. When you come home from skiing and alot of people are going to shower there is very low pressure from the shower .
The location is so bad you are in the middle of nowhere.
The two sisters are mean and unfriendly.
If you want a good trip for the kids and you colleagues Then choose another place.

I am very sorry to hear that, but I think you commented on the wrong hotel/accomodation.
We don't have two sisters in our hotel. My husband and me are the owners of the hotel and basically the only staff we have. It is basically the first time that we hear bad things of our rooms, unfriendly staff and food as well. Again, we are very sorry to hear that you didn't have a good stay in Austria, but we are pretty sure that you didn't stay in the Hotel Hubertushof in Hüttau, because we don't have any infos of you or your stay. Nice and different
Was greeted by the hotel owner on arrival and was told that my self and the other coach driver had 2 single rooms which is always nice to hear. The rooms are cleaned daily. The breakfast is nice. Our evening meals where served down the street in a separate restaurant which catered for all 49 of our party well. Really nice area with ski slopes not too far away

Family run hotel on main road opposite where a dreadful landslide hapened
Family run hotel in the village of Huettau (known for the mine open to the public north of the church) and close to the transport hub of Bischofshofen. Only breakfast is served in the hotel and you have to go into the centre of the village for meals and drinks. Good cold breakfast buffet but poorly organised as there was a drink machine for coffee/hot water/ hot chcocolate bang in the middle and this blocked the movement of all. Two types of yoghurt plus cereals. Semmel and rolls plus bread. A selection of cold meats and cheese plus liver pate, jam and Nutella in packets. Butter was on the tables with one slice per person (never understand why the Austrians ration their butter and are so miserly in this provision but it is almost universal) and the butter was sufficient for one roll only.
You had to pay for the internet which was available in all bedrooms plus there was a surfing station on the ground floor. Download speed was fair both in the evening and morning.
There were signs to the ski cellar and in the cellar were also sauna and infra red cabin.
I had a room on the back of the hotel and heard no traffic from road or rail.
Opposite the hotel a huge landslide had come demolishing houses two years before and ending in the small river flowing through the narrow Fritztal
Walking in summer and winter sports are within easy reach.
You had to pay for the internet which was available in all bedrooms plus there was a surfing station on the ground floor. Download speed was fair both in the evening and morning.
