We’re pleased to hear you appreciated our convenient location close to the MCG and within walking distance of a range of restaurants. However, we are very sorry to hear about the condition of the apartment and the issues you experienced during your stay.
We take your comments regarding the air conditioning, linen, non-functioning lights, damaged cupboards, and particularly the glass fragments on the floor very seriously. The presence of glass is especially concerning, and we sincerely apologise for the potential safety risk and inconvenience this caused.
Your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate investigation and follow-up to ensure these issues are addressed and do not recur.
