Very old and basic motel. Clean and comfortable bed and large shower.
Fine for an overnighted for the price. Location is pretty good.

You can do much better in Ballarat for the same money

Location and car parking were good. The bathroom was surprising well maintained and the shower had good pressure. Tissues were supplied. I counted 7 in the box!!!
The photos were so promising. The reality was so depressing. There was a microwave, an electric jug and a vintage toaster that looked like it had not been used for years, but no cutlery or crockery. I was hardly going to go to nearby Woolworths to buy plates, bowls or knives and forks. The filthy windows did open, but apart from a small table there was nothing to keep them propped open with. The remote control did no more than turn the TV on and off. (It was an unknown Chinese brand.) And then there were the cobwebs behind the wall mounted TV. I think we slept on the original mattress that was purchased when the motel was built - no side support at all.
Thank God it was only for one night.

Easy to access from multiple directions, this motel is very good value for money. Onsite parking and walking distance to good pubs and wine bars. Quite spacious rooms and good water pressure. Plenty of table and bench space for the business traveler.

Value for Money. Reception staff was very helpful as I was checking in around 04:30 AM Morning and they have given details instruction on how to get into the room. Location was super comfort and close to all the amenities.
