The staff at this hotel are very kind and the location is good, with walkable distances to the sights of central Yerevan. The hotel has some shortcomings. The air circulation in my room was poor. There was always a stale smell. The windows could not be opened and running the ventilation fans in the ceiling made no difference. The fans were too noisy to use at night. There was mould around the window and on the shower grouting. The room was not very inviting with grey walls and cold white ceiling lights. There was a small refrigerator and a kettle, but no tea or coffee. Breakfast was advised from 8-10, but did not get laid out until 8:20 on some days. This made the timing tight for me on two days when I had tours departing at 9. On a day when I had to leave before 8, I asked and the hotel staff did let me have breakfast at 7:30, which I appreciated.

The room was spacious and had a window, which was a plus. The furniture and the bathroom looked clean at first glance. However, there was a noticeable smell of urine coming from the carpet, and whenever the air conditioner was on, it spread the odor throughout the room. I had to adjust the AC to blow upward and even used body spray to make the situation more bearable. This clearly showed that the carpet hadn’t been cleaned properly.
There was no one available to help me carry my luggage to the second floor, and since there was no elevator, I had to do it all by myself.
Breakfast was quite average with very limited variety. When the hot items ran out, they were not refilled. I went down around 9:30 AM and many items were already finished.
Overall, it was acceptable for a one-night stay, but not much more than that.

Do not book the rooms called Budget on Booking, you do not understand well from the photos but they are underground.
As you can see from my many reviews, I am a person who travels quite frequently and who normally adapts to different situations; unfortunately this time I am forced to express a very negative opinion. The BUDGET room is located below ground, with a hole as a window facing the street sidewalk above, the rooms are dirty, the carpet with stains, the sheets stained and the bathrooms full of rust. I'm sorry because the lady at reception tried to change our stained sheets, but unfortunately with others equally stained. The smell in the room is musty as well as in the corridor leading to the rooms. Breakfast, always under the ground a bit ‘scarce. The only positive note is that the hotel is located in the central area, you can try with the rooms upstairs, not called budget. Sorry, for me it is ABSOLUTELY A NO!

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, variety of food, jams, cheese, omelette etc. Room was clean. Safe box in the room. A lot of traffic noise.

4 wonderful days in Yerevan
Hey, everybody. I lived in this hotel from 12 for the price. My room had a proper work shower and white towels.
Edible breakfasts (buffet): sausages with different side dishes, salad, pancakes, cottage cheese with several types of jam. Balls. She wasn't hungry once.
The staff are very welcoming and friendly.
I liked almost everything. There's noise from the street, of course, but I had earplugs with me.
And the proximity to the center closes all questions altogether. Hotel recommended
The holiday was organized by the companies "Turglobussouz" in Russia and Arme Tour from the Armenian side. All professionals. I recommend it.
