Everything excellent! I went with my partner but I wanted to take a group of friends, not only did we have an excellent time but we loved the attention provided

Bad experience

I was staying a few weeks ago. To begin with, the term boutique is too big for it: it is a complex made up of several rooms with capacity for two or three people, no more. Although the structure does not date back many years, the facilities show a lack of maintenance both on its walls and in the adjoining sectors: an example of this is its bathrooms, which have taps corroded by limescale and even defective (the toilet lid , to give an example, was detached and the sliding door that separates this sector itself from a bathroom simile did not close correctly).
The breakfast does not match the "boutique": basic, without much variety of foods and with slow and unjustified delay when it comes to replenishing them. The pool, large and delimited with a protective fence, is the most redeemable part of the complex in general.
The "amenities" are not such: both the jacuzzi, the sauna and the grill are charged, information that was not properly detailed when making the reservation nor does it appear visibly on their website.
Finally, the treatment of the person who manages the hotel is rude, bordering on a lack of respect. Very bad manners when responding to concerns and delays in reception service. I don't recommend it at all.

Excellent place to spend with both family and friends, place with a very large park, excellent breakfast and the attention of its owners who are always present is impeccable!!
Very comfortable beds and very good quality, I would return without a doubt, ideal to rest!!!!

Always to repeat it

Although we had been there for a long time, I found the same excellent attention at the hotel as always, with a lot of willingness, and the comfortable rooms with excellent levels of mattresses and linens. A very delicious breakfast, and to highlight is its park and its swimming pool. We hope to return! Thank you!!!!

A disaster and the owner is rude

It's not like the photos, the place lacks a lot of maintenance. Disgusting, they never came to clean, they only change the sheets, they never swept or took out the trash. Loose toilet lid, broken bathroom mirror, damp walls. The breakfast is very basic and there is also only one lady who takes care of everything, she can't do enough, poor thing, and the owner sees all that and doesn't even move. You had to be patient to make some toast with ham and cheese, because either there was no ham, or there was no cheese, or there was a lack of milk, they put everything in a small quantity. The owner was very rude, they never made me feel so uncomfortable, I forgot, they didn't even change the toilet paper, I dressed up the last day with tissues, because it makes you feel so uncomfortable that you don't want to ask her for anything. In addition to all this, they charge you separately for everything, the sauna, the grill, and the budget does not clarify it. I'm not coming back, it's not worth it at all
