Great value for money, but soundproofing to improve
Excellent value for money.
There is parking under the house.
Very clear access instructions and friendly and helpful owner.
Good equipment.
Soundproofing to the outside to improve, both because you hear children playing in the square below and for the mosque right in front of the apartment that will wake you up for sure.
Clean bathroom, but the shower is not separated by anything, so if you shower you will flood the whole bathroom.
Quiet location, but necessary to move by car to reach anything (not bad in itself, but should be considered).
Overall it is a good solution to visit the area without spending much.
