A night at the Am See
The room, I found it clean and well put, everything working, the only thing missing was the mini bar.
Also the hearty and good breakfast.

Great location... Value for money not satisfactory
The hotel apparently consists of 3 buildings. We had the family room with balcony.
On arrival the reception was no longer staffed and we had to pick up the key (no key card) at the restaurant. Limited parking available in the courtyard of the annex. Room service was still cleaning the other rooms on the floor. In our booked room you could enter via 2 room doors. 1 door of which was to be opened from the inside. When addressing the cleaning lady that she should lock the door, for which we had no key, please also from the outside, reference was made to English. So again everything in English, which she unfortunately did not understand. Came to the door and opened the door, said "OK." That was it. All right, we thought. Nobody's coming in. Then the shock. There should be a bathroom in the family room. According to advertising pictures of the hotel, a normal bath. Well, even my guest toilet at home is bigger. Tiny little bath where, if you have a bit more on your hips, you certainly can't move. What's more, badly cleaned. Black mold in the shower joints. With a damp cloth you could clean it off yourself. Socket sockets by the "kids' room" hung away. Reception unfortunately not occupied, the complaint could not be accepted in the restaurant. We were put off the following day. No one was in reception until 9am the following day. We had programme planned for the days. So again thought, what the hell is that? Hotel was apparently fully booked.
At the exit of the house into the courtyard, the garbage smelled disgusting, there were rats running around. The next 2 days the beds were also made by the service, from day 3 no more. Also the bathroom was not cleaned or properly vacuumed the room.
Breakfast in the restaurant, which was also ok. The choice was sufficient. There were always fresh rolls, croissants, eggs in 2 variants there, yoghurts, fruit/salad, sausage, cheese, salmon, cornflakes and hot -, (coffee and tea) as well as cold drinks (juice, water, Mich).
On the day of departure the reception was staffed. Was also not asked if everything was ok....Conclusion: Value for money not met. Unfortunately we do not come back and prefer to pay a little more again on the other side of the lake for the overnight stay.

Better choose another house
I can only advise against it! The location on the lake is very nice, but it's very cramped and there's hardly any parking.
