Stylish stay with a beautiful view

I had a very pleasant stay at The Westin Leipzig. The hotel felt stylish, modern, smart, and cool overall. The view from the room was beautiful, especially at night. The bar had a nice atmosphere and was a great place to relax. There was also a pool, although I didn’t get the chance to use it. I especially liked the lobby decor — elegant, timeless, and very well designed.

Hotel Westin Leipzig

The Westin Leipzig is one of the most distinctive hotels in the city, and I have visited it several times recently. The rooms on the upper floors offer an impressive view of the entire city and are modern and comfortably furnished. Although the hotel is no longer brand new, it has been renovated multiple times and presents itself in a well-maintained and contemporary condition. The breakfast in the restaurant on the ground floor is generous and diverse, leaving little to be desired. An absolute highlight is the FALCO Bar on the 27th floor. It offers panoramic views over Leipzig and an impressive selection of gin that is unmatched. Parking is available directly in front of the hotel. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Those who wish to stay comfortably and centrally in Leipzig will find this place very suitable. Clear recommendation.

Very good hotel in Leipzig

Located at the very centre of Leipzig, spacious, clean and tidy. Very quiet and I was totally relaxed and had a good sleep. Around 10-15 minute walk to the Central Station and Marketplace. Highly recommended.

Good but prices not realistic

We found the accommodation generally very nice, rooms were very nicely designed as well as the reception, we were on the 25th. floor and thus also had a beautiful view. Unfortunately, we immediately noticed that you have to pay extra for many things for this hotel, such as the bathrobe; ten euros for a bathrobe we consider to be a lot of money. Also the parking space cost 25 € for one night, which is a lot of money; additionally, ten euros per person for the pool we consider very, very cheeky, because it was not very special. The breakfast was very, very good and with great staff. Overall we found it very pleasant but the prices are not realistic.

Gleichzeitig bedauern wir, dass Sie die zusätzlichen Kosten für Bademantel, Parkplatz und Pool als zu hoch empfunden haben. Wir verstehen, dass solche Zusatzleistungen bei der Gesamtkostenbetrachtung ins Gewicht fallen können. Ihre Kritik nehmen wir daher ernst und geben sie gerne an die zuständigen Bereiche weiter.

Central, great view, slight gaps in the amenities

The Gil Ofarim memorial hotel, contrary to expectations, first-class friendly staff both at the reception (Ahoi Brause candy for a welcome) and at breakfast. Breakfast top regarding selection and quality, view from the rooms on the upper floors sensational.
Unfortunately there is no refrigerator in the deluxe rooms, the shower is throttled so much that a normal shower is not possible, and 25 eur on top is charged for parking, which is an impertinence for a hotel in this price range, there is not even a discount for hotel guests.
